Personal Training & Small Group Workouts

We offer 1 on 1 personal training in the comfort of your own home or small group workout classes tailored to individual needs. Our small group classes are held at the Dance Annex in the Meadowbrook Plaza in York, Maine.

Dynamic Aging

Specialized workouts blend functional training principles with dynamic movements tailored to support graceful aging. With a focus on enhancing mobility, balance, and strength, our sessions aim to empower you to live life to the fullest at any age.
